From the moment a contract is executed with heartbase, a heartbase Project Manager is assigned to your project and will schedule weekly clinical & technical meetings to cover implementation. At that time, a heartbase team will be assembled to manage your installation. The assigned heartbase PM utilizes Mavenlink, a SaaS project management tool, to document progress. Assigned staff from the client site will have access to this to view daily progress.
This Project Manager will walk your team through the key milestones for setting up your heartbase implementation, from Server Build and Installation, to Customization, Interface mapping and training. Our team will be there to work with yours to tailor the heartbase setup to meet the needs of your institution, and to provide a smooth and easy transition.
